- Document Repository: Store and share important project documents in a secure repository, with options for clients to upload and download files.
- Payment and Invoice Tracking: View detailed payment statuses, including upfront payment details, milestone costing, invoices raised, and payment pending/paid statuses.
- Milestone Tracking: Keep track of project milestones, including their current status and associated costs.
- Escalation Management: Quickly escalate issues with a built-in escalation matrix. Escalation levels include Level 1 (Project Owner) and Level 2 (CTO), with a streamlined process for resolving concerns.
- Risk Alarms: Receive alerts from the Project Owner for any client-side delays or pending tasks, enabling proactive issue resolution.
